The US download mirror uses a different configuration from the EU mirror.

Compare the following

http://www.us.apache.org/dist/spark/
http://www.eu.apache.org/dist/spark/

The fonts/sizes are different, but the main problem is that the US server does not put folders first. Since this is part of the required configuration for 3rd party mirrors, the backup sites should also use the same setting.
