Hi [~till.rohrmann]. I can help contributing to the REST & CLI e2e testing. 
Looking at some of the current scripts in `flink-end-to-end-test` module there are already some CLI/REST utilized. do you think starting with the list of commands in official docs: https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.4/ops/cli.html is a good idea?
