Cannot recieve mails from james

hi,
     I am using james 2.2.0 server and i am trying to send a mail to another remote pop server(our company domain server).I am able to send but cannot recieve the mail.I am able to send to other people with the same domain server and all are recieving them. The problem is only with my system.
I suspect that i had something to do with the ip addresses in "RemoteAddressNotInNetwork" in the config.xml.
I included my systems ip address in it.Is it the problem?
