cTAKES demo on Eclipse

Hey,
I have tried running the ctakes-temporal-demo on TomCat server 7.0 in my Eclipse IDE and
I have set the username and password variables for UMLS in the servers VM arguments.
I have been getting the following error which I can't seen to resolve :

HTTP Status 500 - org.apache.uima.resource.ResourceInitializationException: Initialization of annotator class "org.apache.ctakes.dictionary.lookup2.ae.DefaultJCasTermAnnotator" failed.

Root cause :

org.apache.uima.resource.ResourceInitializationException: EXCEPTION MESSAGE LOCALIZATION FAILED: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle

java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Could not construct org.apache.ctakes.dictionary.lookup2.dictionary.JdbcRareWordDictionary

Can anyone suggest me some solution to resolve this ?
