distribution page needs clarification

Are the HTML files that make the /dist/cocoon/ page
under cvs control somewhere or do i just edit them
in place?

There are a few clarifications that i want to make to
the NOTES section. They are a bit misleading.

Thanks Vadim. I just edited them in place and also added some notes
to the Wiki for the next person.

No, there are not under CVS (hint: there is no "CVS" directory).

Feel free to add them to, say, cocoon-site/dist. Don't forget images 
sub-dir and 3 .htaccess files.
