[PR] fix(radar): improve logic and add test cases of #21081 [echarts]

#21081 fixes the case of `blur.itemStyle` not working.
```ts
const pathEmphasisState = symbolPath.ensureState('emphasis');
pathEmphasisState.style = zrUtil.clone(itemHoverStyle);
```
These lines are not needed any more because it's done in the loop of `zrUtil.each(['emphasis', 'select', 'blur'], ...`.
And this PR also add visual tests for the PR.
