Cocoon with avalon-framework-20020603.jar don't run with Tomcat (4.01, 4.03 and 4.04b3) and jdk1.3.0_02
Summary: Cocoon with avalon-framework-20020603.jar don't run with
Tomcat (4.01, 4.03 and 4.04b3) and jdk1.3.0_02
Product: Cocoon 2
Version: 2.0.3
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: core
AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
ReportedBy: bugzilla@ochsendorf.de
I can't get Tomcat started with Cocoon CVS from this week and jdk1.3.0_02.
catalina.out logs:
-----------------
Starting service Tomcat-Standalone
Apache Tomcat/4.0.4-b3
# # An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM.#
Program counter=0x4029092e
#
# Problematic Thread: prio=1 tid=0x804dde0 nid=0x2810 runnable
and then Tomcat quits.
I figured out, that avalon-framework-20020603.jar might be responsible for
that. Because if I use an older version of avalon-framework tomcat can
initialize sucessful. But cocoon requires the newest avalon-framework
I'm using RedHat 7.2.
