Yes, the issue type was apparently set wrong. It seems to be a task or 
an enhancement/feature that is usable by developers only. I updated the 
issue type and also changed the target milestone to something more 
realistic.

Unless a developer uses Eric's change to implement slide transitions 
enhanced by pixel shader effects there is nothing that can be tested 
from an end-user perspective. The new transitions will get their own 
issues, so don't worry about this issue any longer.
