I installed the software 3 times and the same error message appeared on my
screen:

"INSUFFICIENT PERMISSION"

Please help me what I should do to successfully install the OpenOffice.org
software.

Then close issue as RESOLVED/INVALID

Are you logged in as an administrator user? 

you can try:
right-click on the exe then select "Run as administrator"
