   For someone familiar with the legacy UI and finding information about delivery services on that page, it could be useful to link to "how to do this in Traffic Portal now". That page is a hodgepodge of information that doesn't only apply to the old UI. Most of the information there is pertinent regardless of instructions about the old UI.
