Accumulo on CDH4 and CM based deployments

Hi Accumulo Users!

Just wanted to drop everyone a note that Cloudera's offering of Apache
Accumulo 1.4 on CDH4 has now been officially released for general
availability.

The release announcement[1] includes links to installation instructions and
some pointers for making use of a new Cloudera Manager integration
mechanism that will handle the actual cluster deployment of Accumulo. This
is the same integration that was demoed at the community meeting at Strata
NYC[2].
