Installer always add \Apache Directory

Summary: Installer always add \Apache Directory
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.31
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: goodwill@nonags.com

This is relatively minor but annoying.

I ran the apache_1.3.31-win32-x86-no_src.msi installer downloaded properly and
md5 checked from your mirrors.
When I go under Custom Install (did not try it under complete)
I want to specify a custom directory lets say
c:\apache\apache1331
but it always adds an extra directory of apache
so it looks liek this: c:\apache\apache1331\apache.
I checked this very carefully and tried it about 7 times.

Steps to reproduces.
Obtain apache_1.3.31-win32-x86-no_src.msi
Run it, specify custom directory.
Works everytime.
