Interesting situation observed today. A user on IRC couldn't get the ICUTransformFilterFactory to load, but ICUFoldingFilterFactory was working just fine.
It turns out that the user was using the full classname for the folding filter -- org.apache.lucene.analysis.icu.ICUFoldingFilterFactory -- but was using the abbreviated notation -- solr.ICUTransformFilterFactory -- for the other one. I guess some of the problems may be caused by the hoops that Solr jumps through to make the solr prefix work.
