squakez opened a new issue, #4685:

   The PR https://github.com/apache/camel-k/pull/4665 introduced some problem in the validate check (I thought it was some transient problem but it seems it's not). Moreover we have introduced a breaking change by setting hot reload as a default behavior when previously was not.
