Yes, it would be nice to focus more directly on Xalan-J 2.x for those Java
programmers out there.  But don't forget the C++ version!

http://xml.apache.org/xalan/ should be some brief overview and set of links
about the *whole* Xalan project, while version-specific full documentation
should be at http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/ and
http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/.  Thus we'd need some 'archive' area to hold
the old Xalan-J 1.x docs for the time being.
