Jikes & extdirs

Hi,

I know that Jikes does not support -extdirs option, but why not to
implement it by adding jar files
to the classpath argument?
It's pretty cool to be able to specify only the directory where your .jar
files are sitting.

I didn't know what "extdirs" is doing, when I wrote the "jikes"
method. As I know now, however, the suggestion sounds good to me, so I
will implement it in the next days, if nobody else really wants to do
it. Do you know, if it looks for jar files recursively? Does it
also inlcude zip-files? Probably not, I think.

There was another option, "bootclasspath", I think. Do you know how to
use/implement this.

ciao Sebastian
