[PR] [mosaic] Clean up reader resources on close [paimon]

QuakeWang opened a new pull request, #8152:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/8152

   ### Purpose

`MosaicRecordsReader.close()` previously closed resources sequentially. If an earlier close operation failed, for example `MosaicReader.close()` throwing from the native boundary, later resources such as the Arrow allocator and the input file adapter were skipped.

This change makes reader close cleanup consistent with the Mosaic writer close path: it attempts to close every owned resource, keeps the first failure as the primary exception, and attaches later failures as suppressed exceptions.

   ### Tests

     - `mvn -pl paimon-mosaic -Dtest=MosaicRecordsReaderTest test`
