DOMCount.pl, DOMPrint.pl, and DOMCreate.pl now in CVS

Hey All,

So it was minor work updating Tom's old example scripts to use the new
API. They are checked in as is Tom's old Xerces::DOMParse module, that
has some nice printing facilities for DOM trees. 

Make sure you do a 'cvs update -d' to get the new Xerces/ directory
that DOMParse.pm resides in, otherwise the three sample scripts will
not work.
