PR for updates to the admin guide for adding custom processors and using the autoload feature.

I made the assumption that deploying custom processors would generally fall under an administrative task rather than a developers task, so didn't touch the dev guide.

I didn't mention versioning considerations, but perhaps this might need expanding upon.
