Per Ronald Klip
Perhaps this helps:

1. In your Target's Build Settings, find "Other Linker Flags"
2. Change "$(TARGET_BUILD_DIR)/libCordova.a"
3. To "$(BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR)/libCordova.a"
