Does svndumpfilter accept wildcards?

Does svndumpfilter accept wildcards?  For example, I want to filter out 
(ie, 'svndumpfilter exclude') all .tar.gz, .exe, .so files.

Can I did this with svndumpfilter in 1.3.0...or any other revs?
