Currently we return the `INVALID_INLINE_TABLE.CANNOT_EVALUATE_EXPRESSION_IN_INLINE_TABLE` error class   [1] if SQL VALUES lists contain non-literal expressions such as CURRENT_DATE(). In this Jira we propose to relax that restriction to allow more types of expressions.
