On host hcube2-1n02.eng.hortonworks.com which runs the storm service doesn't
have ulimit config for storm service for e.x Nimbus

Below is the current ulimit config available

    90-nproc.conf   hbase.conf      hdfs.conf       hive.conf       kafka.conf      mapreduce.conf  oozie.conf      yarn.conf
