Re-generated the patch using "git diff" but without "--no-prefix" in order to resolve:
error: src/main/resources/common-services/HBASE/0.96.0.2.0/configuration/hbase-site.xml: No such file or directory
error: src/main/resources/common-services/HBASE/0.96.0.2.0/metainfo.xml: No such file or directory
