[jira] [Commented] (CAMEL-1479) Remove inheritErrorHandler option

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-1479?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13596980#comment-13596980 ]

Raul Kripalani commented on CAMEL-1479:
---------------------------------------

This issue was fixed a long time ago, but the constructs linger in all DSLs and they indeed manipulate things underneath, i.e. they are not noops. It all seems a bit contradictory. Are they simple leftovers? Can we remove the DSL constructs in Camel 3.0?

> Its an unused feature and really just complicates if you can on per. individual route set some other error handling strategy than what applies normally with
> - global error handler
> - per route error handler
