C�dric,

Can you make sure that JAX-RPC IMPL from SUN is correct as well? I have a
feeling they have QName's as well. I vaguely remember something from the TCK
that enforces this behavior in which case the javadoc (both ours and jax-rpc's)
might need to be fixed.
