Log in to the blog publication as user lenya, go to the admin tab and click on
any of the menu entries on the left (usecases). For all of them, access is
denied to user lenya. The error is

Access Denied
The user 'lenya' is not authorized to access the page
'/blog/authoring/feeds/all/index.html'.

If you have another user account with the corresponding privileges, please
provide user name and password below.

Actually it should be possible to access the "Usecases" tab in the admin area.
There you can set the permissions for the other usecases.

I agree that we should enable the permissions in SVN.
