Apache Zombie Process nochmal

Hallo,

 Auf meinem Webserver habe ich einige defunct-Zombie Prozesse, wie
folgt:

674 ?        S      0:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL
  701 ?        S      0:00  \_ /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL
13389 ?        Z      0:00  |   \_ [eu2.pl <defunct>]

Was kann ich dagegen unternehmen, ausser bloss den apache zu
restarten.

Jeder Hinweis willkommen.
