[RESULTS] Re: [VOTE] Amend CouchDB bylaws

Final tally is:

Bob: +1 (confirmed)
Jan: +1 (confirmed)
Jason: +1 (confirmed)
Joan: +1 (confirmed)
Dave: +1 (confirmed)
Paul: +1
Benoit: -0.5

I put (confirmed) if the voter confirmed their awareness of the minor
edit made after voting began. We have five confirmed +1 votes and no
-1 votes, so the proposal passes. I will bless the draft.

Thanks to everyone who participated.
