BCEL 5.2 in m2 repo without pom and checksums

I see the jar and PGP signature here
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/org/apache/bcel/bcel/5.2/

but no pom or checksums.

AFAIK that folder is only for m2 built artifacts and it should be in
m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository
