Cayenne Click example

 From our website is a link to the click-cayenne demo which was removed recently. I assume we should 
remove the link to that demo?

No. I moved a copy of it to branches,
and I'm commiting it the new version of that example (since I'm 
rewriting it).

I've removed the link. If the example gets overhauled we can revert this change.

+1 yes I think we should.  These are not supported, and I don't think
they represent best practice.
