VirtualBox 6 basically killed the option to use symlinks in shared folders, thus it is impossible to use the jGit to clone repositories into the "/ama/repo" directory.

We need to fix this somehow.

Also, I have a local Vagrant-AWS  branch that was broken too, due to a different reason which has to do with Amazon's ENA requirement of any AMIs that run on the standard instance types, this rendered all the centos AMIs unusable. I did manage to setup Amaterasu manually on an Amazon Linux AMI with minor changes, but it needs ti be automated by vagrant as well.

To sum it, amaterasu-vagrant is totally broken, we need to revive it.
