Apologies for inattention.

According to [http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html] , you should have access to incubator repos (Milagro has no separate entry - as is common among incubating projects).

Have you tried commit at [git.apache.org|http://git.apache.org/] ?  Or [https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf] , which is - I think - what I last used for Milagro?
