saaj.jar & jax-rpc.jar

Hi Folks,

can someone tell me where these two jar files originated please? Was it 
Sun? Does anyone know the licence agreement?

They are clean room impl's of the API's. See sources in the Axis CVS.
typed in from javadoc.
