[I] ENOENT: no such file or directory during install [arrow-js]
kgetz-arista opened a new issue, #468:

### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
I'm not sure what this dependency is, but it's in my dependency graph somehow, and is now responsible for a couple of warnings at the end of our `pnpm install`:

@kou I'm not a direct consumer of this dependency; it's entering our project via [@duckdb/duckdb-wasm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@duckdb/duckdb-wasm). There seems to be an issue here about upgrading: https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb-wasm/issues/2008
