[jira] Updated: (AXIS2C-836) Modifications to Documentation

Senaka Fernando updated AXIS2C-836:
-----------------------------------

    Attachment: diff.txt

Hi all,

I have attached (refer diff.txt) a patch that solves the issues pointed out by Spencer. Also, please note that,
1. There already is an issue stating that hello service is missing.
2. The commands are lengthy because the user will otherwise try to type it in two lines. They run out of their boxes (on the website) due to some CSS problem.
3. Newlines make the file more readable (I mean the file inside the distribution, and not on the website). This issue is due to some CSS formating on the apache website which can't be fixed, I guess.
4. Appendices do have their titles stated.
5. I guess someone will have to set some time apart to consider writing docs for samples. I don't know whether this is possible immediately.

I also have,
1. Fixed some typos in TCP Server Documentation that was done recently.
2. Added documentation on newly added HTTP Authentication and Proxy Authentication API extensions.

Regards,
Senaka
