Next to tests, examples are the largest piece of code showing actual usage of public API, that we have. 

Originally, {{pyspark-stubs}} tested {{sql}} and {{ml}} examples, but these tests weren't ported during the initial migration.

We should add these back, and extend to {{mllib}}, {{streaming}} and core files.
