1) New Altova XSLT Engine Available for Download
------------------------------------------------
Altova has released the Altova XSLT Engine, a stand-alone XSLT processor that is fully compatible with the W3C XSLT 1.0 Specifications (http://www.altova.com/specs_xslt.html).  It is packaged as a Windows executable with a command-line control and is ideally suitable for use in both client- and server-side application development. 

Use the exact same XSLT processor that is available in our award-winning XMLSPY development environment for your solutions! This is the same engine that is used in the XSLT Debugger inside XMLSPY, so once you have debugged your stylesheets, you can be sure that they execute in exactly the same way when you use the Altova XSLT Engine. 2) Changes in Support & Maintenance (SMP) Policy

In response to customer requests, we have made a change to the Altova Support & Maintenance (SMP) policy. Customers who purchase a SMP for their Altova Version 5 software will be allowed to deduct 100% of the cost of the Version 5 SMP when purchasing an equal or greater quantity of software upgrade(s) to the next major release of Altova software product(s).  This "upgrade advantage" deduction will only be available to customers who have purchased a Support and Maintenance Package (SMP) for their Version 5 software product(s). 3) New Whitepaper on AUTHENTIC 5 now Available
