   **Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   
   Pulsar no support message deduplication when non-replayable source , Similarly, pulsar does not support de duplication of received historical messages.
   
   For example, the user may have sent the same order message as 5 minutes ago, pulsar cannot recognize duplicate messages.
   
   I know that in order to achieve this feature, the performance will be reduced. However, if the user's reception performance decreases, it is also a good choice
   
   ps: We can use bloom filter to filter out most scenarios that are not duplicate messages.
   
   If I understand wrong or have a better point of view, we can discuss it.
