   when user hash multi producer with same group name in project, only first can register trace producer. 
   Others will receive error like below: 
   2021-06-15 16:54:40,671 WARN RocketmqClient - trace dispatcher start failed
   org.apache.rocketmq.client.exception.MQClientException: The producer group[_INNER_TRACE_PRODUCER-GID_ztjy-teach-channel-server-dev-PRODUCE] has been created before, specify another name please.
