[jira] Updated: (XALANJ-2181) No warning is given when the output encoding is not supported.

Brian Minchau updated XALANJ-2181:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: 2181.patch.txt

Patch that adds an error message for when the encoding is not supported by the underlying Java runtime,
and which lets all characters pass in this case.

> No warning is given when the output encoding is not supported.

> No warning is given when the output encoding is not supported.
> Also in this case the name and javaname fields of the EncodingInfo object are null, and all characters give a warning message that they are not in the encoding, even though the comments in the code say that in this situation we should just pretend that they are in the encoding.
