   Ah I think I misunderstood the problem the whole time. @HuangZhenQiu did you intend to increase the replication factor so that the download bandwidth is higher? I always thought that you wanted to decrease it so that the replication finishes faster. If this is the case, then it makes sense to do like you proposed. Thanks for pointing me towards this @wangyang0918.
