Aries JPA modules and bundles do not follow the correct naming scheme
---------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ARIES-124
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-124
             Project: Aries
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: JPA
            Reporter: Timothy Ward
            Priority: Minor

The JPA maven arti.facts do not follow the org.apache.aries.xxx naming scheme, nor do the bundles generated as part of the build.

This should be made consistent before creating a first release.
