Another missing format specifier:
{code:title=BootstrappingChooser.scala}  override def register(systemStreamPartition: SystemStreamPartition, lastReadOffset: String) {
    debug("Registering stream partition with last read offset: %, %s" format (systemStreamPartition, lastReadOffset)){code}
means we only prnt the systemStreamPartition, not the lastReadOffset.
