question about session

Hello,
how can I insert an new attribute in the session, so that I call this later
again?

I have looked the classes Session, ObjectModelHelper and Request of the
package org.apache.cocoon.environment, but i don't understand, how it
works...

Please excuse me if I formulated my question not correctly.
