How to get patch for CAN-2003-0132

I'm sorry if I'm asking a stupid or obvious question. I have tried to find
out the answer myself but been unsuccessful so I'm sending this email as a
last resort.

How do I find out the patch that fixes the vulnerability CAN-2003-0132?
