   ## Describe the bug
   The columns `changelogs.author_id`, `changelogs.form_value`, `changelogs.to_value` are taken from tool layer without any modification. The values should be modified to conform to the domain layer naming convention.
   
   ## To Reproduce
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Set up DevLake
   2. trigger the subtask `convertChangelogs` of plugin Jira
