Initial Stanbol code imported

Hi,

The code from STANBOL-2 is now in svn, I haven't tested anything, not
even tried to build. Feel free to test and fix it!

Before making our first release, we'll need to cleanup a number of
things: jars in the code repository, example data files on which we
might not have a copyright license, check our dependencies against
http://apache.org/legal/resolved.html , etc.

Feel free to create JIRA issues for such things.

-Bertrand

Thanks for your interest - we will be moving some documentation from
the IKS project to http://incubator.apache.org/stanbol in the next few
weeks I guess, for now you can find some info here:

http://wiki.iks-project.eu/
http://www.iks-project.eu/

Stanbol has a somewhat smaller scope than IKS itself, but the
information on the FISE, KRes and RICK modules that you'll find there
applies to Stanbol.
