Lucas, I hear you. I hoped I had just fixed this bug [sigh]. Apparently things 
turned out to be a bit more complicated. 
I'll try to reproduce the problem in my development environment, but that may 
take a while. You would greatly help me if you could test whether the bug also 
affects plain POST and PUT methods. A JUnit test case would be ideal
