Hello Rat Developers;

First of all, thank you so much for developing Apache Rat. We found it 
very useful during the Apache OpenOffice incubation process!

FWIW, I was looking around and I found this link as an attempt to 
produce a format for licensing on software components.

Not sure if they have a package that generates such files already but It 
looks like a nice project to consider supporting in RAT.
